    It has been a pleasure doing business with Turnbull. I was reluctant to ask for what you made me because your advertisement was for beauty I didn’t want. I didn’t have an old gun, so Steven started me with a new Winchester 1892 in .44 Rem Mag. All that was acceptable was the action. You transformed it into what you should be able to buy in any good hardware store. I am not naive;
    The twenty-first century has herded us into an ever smaller corral where personal responsibility has shifted from the individual to the state. Used guns remind me of what we have lost. Improvement in metallurgy remind me of what we have gained.
    For me there is material and psychological satisfaction in something that is inately durable. I wonder if I am alone?
