Purchasing Firearms & Other Products on the Turnbull Restoration Website
General Terms and Conditions for Firearms Purchases
You must be 18 to purchase rifles or shotguns and related ammunition and 21 to purchase handguns and related ammunition. All firearms must ship to a valid FFL Dealer and cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed. If your order contains a handgun which ships from Turnbull Restoration, the handgun, and any additional firearms and products shipping from Turnbull Restoration on the same order, must ship Second Day Air. If your order does not contain a handgun which ships from Turnbull Restoration, any shotguns, rifles, actions or receivers shipping from Turnbull Restoration will ship via UPS Ground. Due to Federal regulations, firearms are not returnable. Please inspect your firearm thoroughly before transfer. If the firearm received at the FFL Dealer is incorrect or damaged in shipment, do not take possession of the firearm and please contact Turnbull Restoration. After transfer of firearms, any warranty or repair work must be coordinated directly with the firearm manufacturer. Firearms refused by the FFL Dealer or which cannot be transferred due to a failed background check will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. By ordering this firearm, you certify you are the actual transferee/buyer of the firearm, are of legal age and satisfy all Federal, State and local legal/regulatory requirements to purchase this firearm.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments include shipping insurance coverage for the first one thousand dollars ($1,000) of retail value at no additional cost. For items with a retail value exceeding $1,000, the purchaser may elect to obtain additional shipping insurance at the rate of fifteen dollars ($15) per each additional $1,000 of retail value.
Payment Methods and Processing Fees
Customers may remit payment by credit card, personal check, bank check, or money order made payable to Turnbull Arms Co. A processing fee of three percent (3%) will be applied to all credit card transactions. Payments made by personal check, bank check, or money order will not incur additional fees.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, at the discretion of Turnbull Restoration.
