Turnbull Restoration Family,
We are committed to providing you the best possible information during this time of uncertainty. For each of us in our various locales, things are changing quickly in response to public safety needs related to the COVID-19 outbreak.
In response to the latest governmental guidance in New York State, as of Monday March 23rd, 2020, we are temporarily suspending operations related to services: restoration, repair, re-finishing, etc. As communicated in our previous update regarding the temporary closure of our walk-in showroom, we are still available via phone, email and web chat to answer all of your questions related to current projects in-house, or future projects involving your firearms and our services. Please see Shipping/Receiving below for relevant details.
As of our latest update (4/8/20) our services will remain temporarily suspended until at least April 29, 2020 to comply with Governor Cuomo’s “New York State on Pause” executive order.
As of our latest update (4/8/20), all in-stock, ready-to-ship products as shown on our website are still available for purchase. Please see Shipping/Receiving below for relevant details.
We are resuming the shipment of firearms to customers provided the dealer they choose for the transfer is open and has been deemed “essential” by their state government where applicable. We are receiving firearms and parts for service quoting and work, though quoting and work will be delayed until we are able to resume full operations. New York State: as of this update (4/8/20) gun shops in New York State have not been deemed essential, so we’re not open for firearm transfers into our location, nor are we shipping out to other dealers in New York State.
Things are changing rapidly. We will do our very best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information as possible. We will continue to use our email system (subscribe here) to send out updates, and will post them on our blog for convenient ongoing access.
We are beyond thankful for all of your support and understating during these uncertain times. We are a family, and we will beat this together!
