Outstanding metal work! In fact it is so nice it inspired me to send in my April 1918 production solid frame Winchester 1897 to have the Action slide engraved with the period correct markings as mine was factory changed in the 1950’s when a new barrel was put on the gun and the late style action slides did not have any markings.
