Restored and Upgraded Antique Winchester 1886

This Winchester 1886 was originally manufactured in 1889 and fully restored by Turnbull Restoration. This restoration also included a number of period-correct upgrades. Restoration and upgrade work included:

• Pistol grip conversion with large loop lever
• Takedown conversion
• New 22″ full octagon barrel, rust blue, .50-110 (.50EX), full length magazine tube, tang sight, reversible front, and three leaf sights installed
• New stocks in 3XXX walnut, Deluxe pistol grip with ebony wedge, small size cheek piece, recoil reducer, brown leather covered pad
• Gold oval in right side of stock, finish stock and forend in red oil finish
• Checker stock and forend with Winchester pattern
• Polish action and parts for correct finish including screw repair
• In-house engraving, modified Winchester pattern
• Platinum bands on front and back of barrel
• Color case harden receiver, lever, hammer, takedown collar, forend cap and gate base
• Charcoal blue small parts
• Red felt lined oak and leather case reworked by David Bennett
