This is a beautifully-upgraded Parker VHE 20 gauge shotgun. Bearing serial number 159982, this classic American side-by-side was originally manufactured in 1913.

This pre-owned example has numerous A1 Special upgrades performed by a 3rd party, including engraving in A1-style by FEGA member J.M Stanley and re-stocking in 3X American walnut with hand checkering,

We had the pleasure of applying its metal finishes in 1994, which are still in as-new condition thanks to the care taken by the previous owner. The period-correct metal finishes include color case hardening of the action, forend parts and screws, charcoal bluing of trigger guard, and rust bluing of barrels.
