This second model Winchester Model 1890, manufactured in 1899, has yet to be worked on by Turnbull Restoration & Manufacturing Co. After evaluation, we have found that this is in the serial number range for color case hardening, and is a good representative of a color cased Model 1890. There is a brown patina on the receiver.
