This is a J.D. Dougall 12 gauge shotgun wearing serial number 3946. A beautiful piece of Scottish gunmaking history, in rare side lever boxlock configuration.
27” barrels with rib marked “BARRELS BY BENJAMIN WILD & SON GUNMAKERS PRICE ST BIRMINGHAM 4”, exquisite floral engraving, decelerator pad. Overall excellent condition, with only the lightest of handling marks.
