Custom Built Browning Model 71 with Extras SOLD

Description

Presented for you today is a custom-built Browning Model 71 in .348 Win. Carrying serial number 01850PR1R7, this unique lever action rifle is dated from 1987. This Model 71 came to us new-in-box in 2015, when its makeover began. It’s come back to us again to be sold, along with a number of desirable accessories. This gorgeous firearm has consumed next to no rounds and is in as-new condition.

Metal Work:
Takedown conversion; color case hardened receiver, hammer, lever and forend cap; rust blued barrel and mag tube; charcoal blued small parts, included an original Winchester steel butt plate that was fitted to the 71; reproduction #98A bolt peep sight installed.

Wood Work:
Butt stock and forend refinished to classic Winchester red; checkered to original pattern.
