Description
Starting with a standard straight grip rifle this project is a complete restoration and upgrade have transformed this rifle into a true work of art. The original straight grip rifle has been converted to a pistol grip and converted to shoot the original Winchester “Big Bore” 50 Express. The butt stock and forend are new to the rifle made from a stunning piece of 3X fancy American Black Walnut. The checkering pattern is based on an original factory D-pattern. The gold wire inlay and gold inlayed animals showcase the skill of the engraver with fine detail in the scroll work and unbelievable detail in the animals.
