Added to our pre-owned rimfire collection today is this Winchester Model 1885 Winder Musket, 28-inch barrel in 22 Short. This third variation of the legendary 1885 configuration sports a Lyman No. 53 rear peep sight, and is stamped on the upper part of the frame directly behind the hammer with the letters “U S” and a flaming ordnance bomb.
