Presented for you today is a fully-restored Colt Model 1911 U.S. Army in .45 ACP. Carrying serial number 26639, this iconic American service pistol in high polish charcoal blue finish is dated from 1913.
This classic American hand gun was restored for its previous owner by Turnbull Restoration, and is still in 98% condition. The Colt pistol came to us for restoration with an original type 3 magazine, which we recondition and converted to a type 2 magazine. The restored Colt is outfitted with new, period-correct double diamond Walnut grips.
