Here’s a wonderful example of a Springfield Model 1911 from 1914, as fully restored by Turnbull Restoration. This iconic military service arm is featured in our 2020 calendar. This example was sold to a National Rifle Association member prior to the First World War and bears the N.R.A. stamp near its serial number.

History Restored:

  • Polish frame, slide and all parts to correct finish
  • Re-cut hammer knurling to original
  • Restore all original markings
  • New, reproduction black walnut double diamond grips, hand-checkered for Springfield Armory pattern
  • Charcoal blue frame, slide and parts
