Description

This Parker VH has been fully restored to its original beauty.  The gun was not stored or cared for very well at some point in the past resulting in very heavy rust damage to the receiver and barrels.  The butt stock was also cracked and broken in several places resulting in a butt stock that was beyond repair.

Restoration work included a new butt stock made to original Parker factory dimensions, correct V-grade checkering on the butt stock to match the original pattern.  The original forend was restored including re-cutting of the checkering.  A complete metal polish to remove the heavy pitting and full engraving re-cut have restored the receiver to original condition.

The receiver is finished with the original Parker style case colors and the barrels are blued using the original slow Rust Blue method.  The new butt stock and period correct metal finishes have returned a very rare and desirable shotgun that had seen better days back to its original beauty.
