F.C. Scott 12 gauge English side-by-side shotgun. 27 1/2-inch barrels, improved cylinder/modified chokes, 2 3/4-inch chambers. Engraved. Barrels marked “BIRMINGHAM. ENG.”. Our research tells us that F.C. Scott was a closely related to the Scotts of W&S Scott fame, one of the largest Birmingham gunmakers of the past 150 years. This example appears to be very closely patterned after the W&S models.
