Colt 1911 A1 Parkerized – Sold

Description

This is a Colt 1911 A1 parkerized .45 caliber handgun manufactured in 1942.  This firearm is completely original, with some pitting on the slide, as seen in the above pictures.  The grips are checkered resin grips original to the gun, with a minor wear mark on the left side of the grips.  While the frame and slide were parkerized, the barrel features the original blue finish.  This Colt 1911 A1 parkerized handgun is a classic piece of American history.
