This is an A. Uberti 1873 chambered in .44-40, and appears to be a Commemorative Edition #87 of 125 . This rifle has a 24” octagon barrel and a good bore. The receiver has an elegant etched engraving art by JB Weaver, depicting an old west scene . The rifle’s hammer, crescent butt plate, trigger and fore end cap are gold plated.
