Added to our showroom today is this Winchester 1890 3rd Model in .22 Short. Wearing serial number 571508, this slide-action rimfire with 24-inch octagonal barrel is dated from 1917.
Metal shows honest patina, with only minor pitting and handling marks. Bore is good. Wood appears to have been refinished at some point, with wear and handling marks consistent with its age.
Winchester Model 1890s are pure Americana, so adding another example to our showroom always puts a smile on our face. This example is sure to make a worthy addition to your Winchester collection.
