Description
This Model 1886 has been fully restored to the original factory letter. The rifle is fit with a 32″ round barrel, chambered in 40-82 WCF. Due to the extra six inches of barrel length, double magazine tube hanger bands were used to support the additional weight of a fully loaded magazine. The use of double magazine tube hangers was common on rifles with barrels over 30″ in length.
