Just added to our showroom is a custom-engraved Turnbull SAA revolver, serial number 0. This example from our limited-edition Open Range Revolver series was built in 2006. This Colt Single Action Army reproduction includes two engraved cylinders, and handles both .44 Special and .44-40 Winchester rounds.

The revolver’s bone charcoal color case hardened frame is engraved in a customer-requested style reminiscent of Ithaca shotguns, including some tasteful gold inlay. The motif is extended to the revolver’s charcoal blued cylinders (2), 5.5″ barrel, trigger guard and backstrap. The backstrap’s top is adorned with a trillium inlay in silver/gold. Rounding off this collectible SAA reproduction are a set of pre-ban elephant ivory grips.
